At Askatico, we take pride in delivering your jewellery securely and on time.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via Standard Delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch (domestic orders).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly advertised.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
