Refund policy
I want you to be happy with your jewellery. If there’s an issue, here’s how returns and refunds work:
1. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Refunds
Once I receive and check the item, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless I made an error or the item arrived damaged.
3. Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or design, I can arrange an exchange if the item is in stock. You’ll just cover the return shipping.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos so I can sort it quickly.
5. How to Return
Email me at support@askatico.com with your order number and reason for return.
I’ll send you the return address and simple instructions.
Package securely and use a tracked service — I’m not responsible for lost returns.
