What’s Covered (for the lifetime of your jewellery):
- Tarnishing
- Rusting
- Discolouration or fading
- Breakage due to normal daily wear
If your item experiences any of the above issues due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it once per product — free of charge.
What’s Not Covered:
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
(e.g., exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, rough handling, or storage issues)
- General wear and tear that occurs naturally over time and does not result from a defect
- Items that have been altered, resized, or repaired by third parties
How to Make a Claim:
Email us at support@askatico.com with:
1. A clear photo of the issue
2. Your order number or proof of purchase
3. A brief explanation of what happened
Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and arrange a replacement or repair if your claim qualifies.

This Lifetime Guarantee offers one-time replacement or repair per product.
Claims outside the scope of this guarantee may be eligible for paid repair or replacement services at our discretion.
